Privacy notice

Waitlist only. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Who we are

Sorvyx is a trading name of Rajoka Limited (company number 12069067, registered in England and Wales, registered office 64b Yardley Green Road, Birmingham B9 5QE). We are the data controller for the information below.

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address. We use it only to tell you about Sorvyx: when it opens, and whether there’s a place for you in the first group. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining.

Who handles it for us

Your email address is stored with Resend, the service we use to send email. Our website runs on our own servers in the UK, behind Cloudflare, which also checks the form is being filled in by a person. We never sell your details or use them to train AI models.

How long we keep it

Until Sorvyx opens to you, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask us to see, correct or delete your details, by writing to [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
